The software (Legal Studio) is user friendly and records all the information that is required.  You are able to look at any time of the day to see the hours recorded per staff member and the Work in Progress.

Additional reports can also be customised to your needs.

The support received from Timemark is excellent and usually the response time is immediate or within a couple of hours.

Legal Studio would be beneficial to any small to medium size law office because it can be customised and therefore has more flexibility that an off the shelf product.
